The milk from local dairies is made into DELICIOUS blocks of cheese at the Glanbia Milk Plant in Twin Falls. For the first time, you can now buy it here in the Treasure Valley! We may change it up, but for now we are expecting to carry these types of Glanbia cheeses daily:

- Standard Flavors: Mild & Medium Cheddar, Colby Jack, Mont Jack, Pepper Jack

- Specialty Cheeses: Chipotle, Parm Romano, Various Peppers, Swiss, Havarti, Smoked Hickory, Gruyere and more!

Enjoy our incredibly creamy homemade icecream in a cone, a cup or even in your espresso! Featuring seasonal flavors and an optional hand dipped chocolate shell.

If you are interested in buying meat for your freezer, we feed out cattle and sell it by the whole, half or quarter for your family. Breeds that we have sold in the past: Jersey, Angus, Charolais, or even incredibly tender and sought after Wagyu.

We usually have several hogs for sale each summer. These are our boys' 4-H animals that they raise and show at the fair! Rest assured it will be one of the most loved and best fed animals in the area!
